The Look of No Ordinary Sportswagon: The car was designed to feel like a coupe with the utility of a sportswagon, retaining that handy extra space at the rear. Its road presence was made significant by emphasizing the horizontal lines, which visually connects the car directly to the road. The more focused and determined-looking headlamps help create this new, expressive ‘face'. Together with details such as a wider grille and daytime running lights, they give the V60 T5 a striking, squat presence.

Technology Optimized for Safety: Volvo cares not only for drivers and passengers in our cars but also people in the other cars, bikers and pedestrians sharing the roads. Volvo has developed a lot of technology to ensure everyone on the road stays safe. In doing this, we offer innovations that detect and avoid collisions with full auto brake. Volvo is the world’s first to offer the technology that help avoid collisions of car to car, car to bikers and car to pedestrians. And this is Volvo’s journey towards the aim of reducing accidents and serious injuries in and from Volvo cars to zero within 2020.
