City Automobiles, Jaguar Land Rover's sole authorised distributor in Thailand, is to open a new flagship showroom facility on Rama 4 with an investment value of over 300 million Baht in an area of over 2 rai. To support growing demand for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles in the Thai market, the new facility is set to open in June 2015 and will be a regionally-leading sales and after sales service location, providing “The Best Customer Experience” to luxury automotive consumers in Thailand.
To introduce a global standard to consumers in Thailand, the showroom will offer a full range of services including a Display Zone: equipped areas for a grand display of 12 JLR vehicles on the unit’s 1st and 2nd floor, Customer Lounge Area: a comfortable seating area for customers, Configuration Zone: enabling clients to customize their car, such as in choosing from over 60 colour tones, and Hospitality Area: a relaxing corner with barista service to serve drinks along with free internet connection.
The showroom also features a 1,275 sqm service zone that is complete with the largest maintenance facilities in Thailand, comprised of Body Shop, Paint Shop, main stock rooms, aluminium body shop and the latest in diagnostic technology. Additionally, 20 service lanes will also available for engine checking and cleaning with Jaguar Land Rover-standard operations. To celebrate the launch of the Rama 4 showroom, City Automobiles will unveil The All-New Land Rover Discovery Sport for the first time in the Thai market.
