Mitsubishi Cars will join FIA Asia Cross Country Rally 2015.

3 Models of Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, Mitsubishi All New Triton and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport will be joining in FIA Asia Cross Country Rally 2015 under the Japan based of "Two & Four Motor Sport Team" during August 8-14, 2015 which covers 5 provinces in North of Thailand with total distance of 2,500 km.

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and Mitsubishi Motors Thailand will providing support in form of vehicle provision including Mitsubishi Outlander, Mitsubishi Triton, and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and providing engineer team to Two & Four Motor Sports Team headed by Kenji Ishida. There will be both Thai and Japanese racers joining FIA Asia Cross Country Rally 2015 which will be held on August 8-14, 2015 from Chiang Mai, Mea Hongson, Mae Sot, Sukhothai, Phrae and Chiang Mai.

FIA Asia Cross Country Rally 2015 will begin with official ceremonial starting in Chiang Mai on Saturday August 8, 2015. The next day, August 9, the competition as Leg 1 takes entrants from Chiang Mai to Mae Hongson and Mae Sot on August 10, Leg 3 of the rally takes the competitors into Sukhothai on August 11 and Phrae on August 12. The event will be finished in Chiang Mai on Friday August 14. This competition is held to prove performance and durability of Mitsubishi PHEV which is a four-wheel drive plug-in hybrid, All New Mitsubishi Triton with MIVEC clean diesel aluminum alloy block engine that offers 181 PS, and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 4WD comes with a reliable 2.5-litre powertrain diesel engine which produces a maximum output of 178 PS, All Wheel Control System, especially Super Select 4WD and ASTC system which is the combination of Active Stability Control with Traction Control system, Mitsubishi Motors will utilize valuable data and experience from this race to develop vehicle to meet all demand customers.
