Mitsubishi Motors Thailand's people development backboned by its Education Academy officially inaugurated in June this year. It is the company's dedicated training center to foster knowledge, skills, and progressive mindset among Mitsubishi Motors Thailand personnel from the manufacturing facilities, the head office and dealer network. The efforts resulted in "We take care, you just drive", exclusive experience to Mitsubishi Motors Thailand's customers.

On December 7, 2018, Mr. Sarote Maartlert, Corporate General Manager, Office of Domestic Sales Unit, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. represented the company in receiving the awards from Dr. Somchai Harnhirun, Deputy Minister of Industry at the Thailand Automotive Quality Award (TAQA) 2018 Ceremony.
