Prudential Thailand breaks the norm, launching new marketing campaign Putting customer needs at the core of its products and services offerings

Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited launched its first campaign for 2019, "Insurance for those who don't like insurance" to gather key consumer insights as well as raise the awareness of the importance of life insurance among Thai customers.

Mr. Aman Kapoor, Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, Prudential Thailand, said "Reflecting the company's vision and strategic direction to be a trusted and differentiated insurance provider, Prudential Thailand breaks the norm of traditional way of talking about insurance by introducing the "Insurance for those who don't like insurance" campaign. The campaign aims to trigger reaction of people to insurance and overcome any default shutdown attitude that they have about insurance. We will also invite comments from the public through our microsite https://www.prudentialthai.com/whyyoudontlikeinsurance. This is an engaging manner in which to get real comments from real consumers and take it as part of insurance evolution. The campaign will also reiterate our commitment of listening to our customer and delivering insurance solution that meet their needs.
