Pitiphatr Buri (Second from left), Executive Director of BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, Sarocha Buri (left), Deputy Chief Financial Officer of BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, along with Varatt Vichit-Vadakan (Second from right) and Vicharee Vichit-Vadakan (right), the founders of Kinnest Group, holding company with businesses ranging from F&B to community spaces, joined forces to launch HomeSpace, an innovative home base and core production kitchen for all of Kinnest's brands such as Roast, Roots, OCKEN, and Daily Roast. HomeSpace will be opened in the SUNNY community mall which is designed to cater to the everyday needs of office workers and those who are passionate about homemade cafes. The SUNNY community mall is a part of Summer Lasalle project, a fully-fledged office campus space in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area under the concept to expand the common area of happiness for employees and people in the surrounding communities.

Pitiphatr Buri, Executive Director of BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, stated "We are very pleased to welcome HomeSpace as a part of our family in SUNNY. Both HomeSpace managed by Kinnest Group and BHIRAJ BURI share a strong common vision to provide quality goods and services. Our core objective is to deliver a space that caters to the customers' needs by understanding the consumer behaviour of office workers and people in the surrounding communities. In addition, we are committed to working towards maintaining sustainability within the community and the environment."

HomeSpace is a modern retail space that is not only a place to stock, produce and deliver ingredients and products, but it is also the main distribution centre of food products to Kinnest's brands such as Roast, Roots, OCKEN and Daily Roast. Customers can visit and closely see all the products being produced from scratch; whether it is bread and pastries in bakery, coffee in roastery, and even pasta and ice cream in test kitchen. The cafe has approximately 80 seats for guests to indulge in fresh food and beverages, from sandwiches to new coffee blends. Additionally, HomeSpace has a gourmet retail area in which customers can buy fresh product to enjoy at home as well.

"The origin of the HomeSpace project came from the idea that I always wanted to expand the working space for our employees in order to improve their quality of lives. The main reason is that I personally like the project which is located in close proximity to the centre of the city. I truly appreciate the unique design of the buildings that perfectly accommodate a large green space with a multipurpose concept and various facilities such as a lake, running track for exercise and biking, which is perfect for a relaxed and well-balanced lifestyle while maintaining a corporate quality. I notice that these things can enhance the employees' quality of lives and make them feel more relaxed, calm and happy as well as improve their work environment." said Varatt Vichit-Vadakan, the founder of Kinnest Group.

HomeSpace is set to launch in the fourth quarter of this year at SUNNY community mall, which has curated a variety of lifestyle and retail shops such as supermarket, restaurant, health cafe, book stores and much more. SUNNY is a part of Summer Lasalle, a mixed-use project and low-rise office development under the office campus concept, a fully-fledged office campus space in Sukhumvit-Bang Na area. The project is located on Lasalle road, connected to Sukhumvit, Debaratana and Bearing road, the new centre of business in the future. It is also located near Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) conveniently connected to Bang Na and Bearing BTS station as well as the toll way and is only 20 minutes away from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the heart of Bangkok.
