Sales figures rocket as Car4Cash maintains its leadership position in auto finance industry
The Car4Cash delivery service launched in the last quarter of 2007 by leading lender GE Money Thailand has received an overwhelming response from city and upcountry consumers.
The campaign, which offers home visits by experienced staff offering a total auto re-finance service,
attracted more than 1,000 enquiries; especially upcountry at 60 per-cent — helping Car4Cash to achieve year-end market growth of some 30 per-cent.
The Car4Cash campaign has been supported by major advertising support on TV, radio, print and billboards. Over the past three months, Car4Cash has provided full team support for its new service with 600 fully-trained staff available to provide expert consultancy at customers’ homes.
Mr. Pairote Cheunkrut, Chief Sales Officer of GE Money Thailand, revealed, “The fantastic response from consumers tells us that this new service is meeting consumer needs. The service is fast, efficient and time-saving for consumers. We’ve also simplified the entire application process for the benefit of our customers and to quicken the approval process. For 2008, customers will continue to review their options when they need cash. Car4Cash is the answer for many. There’s simply no need to use loan sharks charging exorbitant rates of interest when car owners can use their motor vehicles as collateral for cash loans for a responsible and caring lender such as GE Money Thailand.”
The demand for sound responsible lending in southern Thailand has prompted Car4Cash to open a new branch in Krabi on Petch Kasem Road. This is the 30th such branch nationwide.
“In 2008, competition will remain fierce. Car4Cash will continue to provide quality services by responding directly to the needs of consumers. Moreover, we also have strong risk management team that ensures that all financial services are transparent and responsible. Of paramount importance is our assessment of each customer’s ability to repay. This policy has been the foundation of our business philosophy over the past five years as we have sought to lead by example in the auto finance service. As a result, our sales growth has shot above 30 per-cent,” added Mr. Pairote.
