TCC Capital Land, a joint venture between TCC Land, the property arm of the TCC Group of companies, one of Thailand's largest business conglomerates, and CapitaLand in Singapore, expands business with the new brand “S&S Residential” to pierce into the condominium development market. Mr. Chen Lian Pang, CEO of S&S Residential Limited, reveals about the opening of the new company that after performing several surveys on consumers’ need and behavior in terms of choices for housing and accommodation within greater Bangkok, it is found that the preferences that dominate the decision to buy properties have dramatically changed.
