KTC to Flag Fully Integrated Online Services for Cardholders’ Self-Transaction Covering All Necessary Functions, Enabling Easier and More Convenient Living Styles.

KTC continues attempting IT services, emphasizing Make it BETTER Policy, to offers more alternatives for credit cardholders and personal loans members to perform self-transaction without contacting staff. This offer covers all aspects of customers’ needs, such as the ability to use fully integrated online services which offer more functions and are compatible with all sorts of device, in order to increase cardholders’ convenience and ease of living style and transact online safety when using online service with security standard, such as checking spending balance anywhere anytime, conveniently redeeming reward points, flexibly separating the payment installations, or requesting for temporary credit line with immediate response, as well as a number of usage functions covering all requirements. The 30% growth of online services use has been targeted by the end of this year.
