Vorapol Socatiyanurak, SEC Secretary-General and top executives from the Institute of Directors Association, the Federation of Accounting Professions, the Thai Listed Companies Association, the Association of Investment Management Companies, the Government Pension Fund and the Thai Investors Association jointly announced the stance to promote the right protection volunteer roles in exercising voting rights effectively and in accordance with good corporate governance principles in the 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of listed firms at the SEC Office.
