Karnchang debentures No. 2/2015 of up to 4.5 billion Baht. These debentures are name-registered, unsubordinated and unsecured, with debenture holders' representative. The 1-billion-Baht, three-year tranche offers a 2.52-percent interest rateand the four-year debentures with issue size of 500 million Baht and coupon rate of 2.85 percentare offered only for institutional and high-net-worth investors. The seven-year debentures, in which the issuer has the right of early redemption on the second anniversary of the issue date, are offered to the general public and institutional investors by up to 3 billion Baht in issue size with a 3.98-percent interest rate. Interest is payable every three months, while minimum subscription amount is 100,000 Baht, in multiples of 100,000 Baht. Subscription can be made at any KBankand KTB branch during August 4-6.
CH. Karnchang debentures' credit rating is rated by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd., at "A-/Stable", reflecting the company's healthy earnings and high financial flexibility, as well as reasonable returns. The proceeds from the issuance will be used for working capital and debt repayment, plus its infrastructure investment expansion at home and abroad.
