Photo Release: TMAN sets to invest in TICON Group’s warehouses and factories worth of THB 3,355 million

TICON Management Co., Ltd. (TMAN) as manager of the TICON Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT), recently holds the TMAN meets the press after TREIT unitholders had voted to approve additional asset investments – including factories for lease by TICON Industrial Connection Plc. (TICON) and warehouses for lease by TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd. (TPARK) – with a maximum investment value of 3,355 million baht. The long-term objective is to become a regional-level trust with 20 billion baht in net asset value within four years.
