Motorola Solutions Inc. Corporate Credit Rating Is Affirmed On Airwave A Outlook Stable

SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 3, 2015--Standard & Poor's RatingsServices affirmed its 'BBB-' corporate credit rating on Motorola SolutionsInc. The outlook is stable.

"The rating reflects our view that the acquisition of U.K.-based communicationservices provider Airwave Solutions Ltd. will modestly improve Motorola'scredit profile given the strong EBITDA from Airwave as well as our expectationthat Motorola intends to repay the proposed bank loan during fiscal 2016,"said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Andrew Chang.

The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Motorola will maintain its"satisfactory" business risk profile despite the current operating weaknessand that its financial policy will remain consistent with an investment-gradeprofile through acquisitions and shareholder returns over the next two years.
