CHICAGO (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 26, 2016--Standard & Poor's Ratings Servicesrevised the outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its 'A' long-termrating on the Hawaii State Department of Budget and Finance's revenue bondsissued on behalf of Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH).
