CS LOXINFO reports profit from For Y2015 of Baht 315 million or Baht 0.53 per share

The Board of Directors' meeting held on 10 February, 2016 passed a resolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, for the payment of dividends for the 2HF2015 performance of Baht 0.20 per share. The proposed dividend must be approved by the shareholders at their meeting, which will be held on 28 March, 2016.

Otherwise, for Y2015, performance of the Separated financial statements (ICT Business segment), CSL had revenue from sales and services of Baht 2,274 million, an increase of Baht 52 million or 2% over Y2014 (Baht 2,222 million), and had a net profit for the year of 309 million Baht or 0.52 Baht per share. This resulted from continued growth of core products/services, especially in Internet Data Center Services.

CS Loxinfo ("CSL") reported consolidated revenue for Y2015 of Baht 2,964 million, a decrease of Baht 81 million or 3% and reported net income of Baht 315 million or Baht 0.53 per share, a decrease of Baht 85 million or 21% from Y2014. This was because growth of ICT Business did not offset declines of YellowPages, Voice Info Services and Mobile Content Businesses.

As for The Company's directions for Y2016, the Company remains firmly on track for customers' needs, benefits and satisfaction, which this will result in long-term benefits to shareholders. The overall business directions are as follows;

For ICT Business: remains focus and emphasize on core services/products, especially in Internet Data Center (IDC), ICT solution, Cloud Computing services and Leased line services, in parallel with, continue to expand the investments on high-speed Internet services for condominium customers.

For YellowPages Business: emphasize on focusing on publishing various new virtual books such as "Factory", "Builder Guide", "Spare Parts" etc., as well as integrating print and online media to add more value to advertisers, and focus on stringent cost and expense controls in order to compensate for a decline in the sale of advertising space in the Thailand YellowPages.

For Voice & Mobile Content Business: emphasize on focusing on selecting/developing new content to provide a variety of services, in parallel with developing various new applications for smart phones users and expanding to the corporate segment in order to attract customers. Moreover, and focus on stringent cost and SG&A management to minimize the impact on overall consolidated profit.
