KTC Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting 2016 approved to pay dividends at the rate of Baht 3.25

Mrs. Kittiya Todhanakasem (center), Chairman, and, Mr. Rathian Srimongkol (right), President & Chief Executive Officer, along with the board of directors recently had the 14th Shareholders' Annual General Meeting. The shareholders agreed to every agenda the board proposed. They also approved of dividend from total profits in 2015 at the rate of 3.25 baht per 1 ordinary share. The dividend payment will commence within 28 April 2016.
