Photo Release: Bangkok Bank launches #AEC Business Leader Program to lead Thai entrepreneurs to invest in ASEAN market

Bangkok Bank Executive President Chartsiri Sophonpanich (right) welcomed Minister of Industry Dr. Atchaka Sibunruang (middle), Former ASEAN Secretary-General Surin Pitsuwan (3rd from left), Srithai Superware PCL Chairman Sanan Augubolkul (2nd from left) and Bangkok Airways PCL President Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth (3rd from right) at the launch of the AEC Business Leaders Program. The program is an intensive workshop for Thai business owners and entrepreneurs who want to start businesses in other ASEAN countries. Participants will gain access to marketing tools and receive a thorough understanding about doing business in each ASEAN country, including their differences in geography, culture, trade and investment regulations, and guidelines. It also responds to the government's Pracharat project which aims to support trade and investment within the AEC. The first class in the AEC Business Leaders Program will be joined by 45 participants and the training will take place from June to July 2016 on every Saturday over a period of seven weeks.
