Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President Chaiyarit Anuchitworawong (center), Executive Vice President Thantika Bodhisompon (3rd from left) and Vice President of Public Relations Department Aphiwat Punnopakorn (2nd from left) gave Baht 1.5 million to Economic Reporters Association President Chakhorn Nukhongmai (3rd from right) and the Association's committee. The funds will be used to support the advanced development of economic journalists' projects in2016, including a 5-week (30-hour) training program and a study trip to Jakarta the capital city of Republic of Indonesia. Bangkok Bank and the Economic Reporters' Association have worked together on this project for eleven consecutive years. It aims to provide useful knowledge to the media and a good understanding of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) to support better news reporting, as the AEC is a strong focus of interest for the public and affects many sectors of society.
