Bangkok--25 Oct--Fitch Ratings

Fitch Ratings (Thailand) has today assigned AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited's (AEONTS; A-(tha)/Stable) Thai baht-denominated notes a National Rating of 'A-(tha)'. The proceeds will be used for either general corporate purposes or refinancing.

KEY RATING DRIVERS
The rating on the notes is based on AEONTS' National Long-Term Rating, as the notes represent unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of the issuer.

AEONTS' National Long-Term Rating is driven by its standalone credit profile, and reflects its market position as one of Thailand's largest consumer-finance companies with a leading presence in credit cards and personal loans.

RATING SENSITIVITIES

AEONTS' National Long-Term Rating could be affected, either positively or negatively, by substantial changes to its financial profile, for example in terms of its capitalisation, asset quality, and profitability.
