Rolta India Ltd. #D# Rating Rating Then Withdrawn At The Issuer#s Request

SINGAPORE (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 16, 2017--S&P Global Ratings said today that it affirmed its 'D' long-term corporate credit rating on Rolta India Ltd. (Rolta). At the same time, we also affirmed our 'D' issue-level rating on the 2018 and the 2019 senior unsecured notes issued by Rolta, LLC and Rolta Americas LLC. These notes are guaranteed by Rolta, an India-based provider of information technology products and solutions.

Our affirmation reflects the continued default on the notes. Rolta remains engaged with its financial and legal advisors and investors to remedy the default situation.
Subsequently, we withdrew all of our ratings on Rolta at the issuer's request.
