The award committee considered organizations that show creativity in using ICT for new ways of working which result in distinctive benefits to the organization and demonstrate that they were innovators in their industry. This award again highlighted the success of Bualuang mBanking as a creator of innovation useful for customers, that responds to modern lifestyle needs, and maximizes service efficiency.
