NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) June 28, 2017--S&P Global Ratings today assignedits preliminary ratings to Madison Park Funding XXIII Ltd./Madison ParkFunding XXIII LLC's $643 million floating-rate notes (see list).

The note issuance is a collateralized loan obligation backed by broadlysyndicated speculative-grade senior secured term loans.
The preliminary ratings are based on information as of June 28, 2017.Subsequent information may result in the assignment of final ratings thatdiffer from the preliminary ratings.
