B.Grimm Power sets final IPO price at Baht 16.00 per share Overwhelming response from institutional? investors globally with more than 6.5 times oversubscription

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (the "Company") sets the final price for its initial public offering ("IPO") at Baht 16.00 per share, following overwhelming response from institutional investors globally, reflecting investor confidence in the Company‎, its growth prospects and its strength in the regional power generation industry.

As a result, the Company exercised the overallotment option ‎of 65.1 million shares in full to institutional investors. The total offering size is 716.9 million shares, raising total proceeds of Baht 11,470 million.

Mrs. Preeyanart Soontornwata, President of B.Grimm Power PLC, revealed that the final IPO price is an optimal price, taking into account the quality of the institutional investors who participated in the bookbuilding, the majority of whom are leading Thai and global institutions, as well as market conditions and stability of after-market performance.

"B.Grimm Power would like to thank each and every investor ‎for their trust in the Company. We will move ahead to complete our power projects according to schedule and continue to expand our business by increasing the Group's power generation capacity in Thailand and overseas."

For general investors who subscribed to the shares at Baht 16.50, the underwriters will refund the difference to all subscribers in accordance with the Prospectus‎. The shares will be listed under the Power and Utility sector with ticker "BGRIM" and the first day trading is expected tol be on 19 July 2017.
