DALLAS (S&P Global Ratings) July 20, 2017--S&P Global Ratings placed its ratings on four Alabama issuers on CreditWatch with negative implications given a lack of timely information. The affected issuers are: Bibb County (A/Watch Neg) Choctaw County (A+/Watch Neg) Russell County (A+/Watch Neg) Evergreen (A/Watch Neg) This action follows repeated attempts by S&P Global Ratings to obtain timely information of satisfactory quality to maintain our ratings on the securities, in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies.

Failure to receive the requested information will likely result in our withdrawal of the affected ratings, preceded, in accordance with our policies, by any change to the ratings that we consider appropriate given available information. However, if we receive information that we consider sufficient and of satisfactory quality, we will conduct reviews and take rating actions within 90 days of the CreditWatch placement.
