Mr. Silawat Santivisat, KBank Executive Vice President, launched the new money transfer service to facilitate cross-border money transfer from four countries through three well-known fintech applications. Using these state-of-the-art apps, customers can wire funds to any of more than 30 banks in Thailand. In addition, customers will be able to determine the receipt date and know the exact amount of transfer fee so that recipients can obtain the entire sum as desired. KBank expects the amount of cross-border fund transfers via these fintech apps to more than triple next year. Meanwhile, KBank is speeding its development efforts to facilitate cross-border money transfer via K PLUS, which will be the first-ever such service for Thai banks, in response to fast-growing international transactions in the digital era.
