Bangkok--6 Dec--Siam Commercial Bank

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) is gearing up its business partnership with fintech developers to introduce financial solutions catering to the needs of every customer segment. SCB's recent effort involves collaboration with a Thai fintech developer to offer financial innovation PayDay app to the SCB Payroll clients. The PayDay app is an all-in-one digital platform of human resource management (HRM) solutions catering to the needs of business owners, HR departments, and staff. The all-in-one HRM app is ready to use without the need to invest in duplicating HRM system development. SCB's clients using the SCB payroll service – both existing and new – can use the PayDay app's premium package for 12 months without charge. To be eligible for the offer, apply for the SCB payroll service from now until December 31, 2017.

SCB Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking Solutions Pimolpa Suntichok said that one of the bank's key missions is to develop financial solutions that truly address the needs of every customer segment. SCB, therefore, is open for partnerships with other entities, particularly Thai startups with the ability to create effective business fintech to support the bank's clients. Particularly for SCB Payroll clients looking for HRM choices, SCB has collaborated with Work One Tech Co., Ltd. to offer the PayDay app. It is an all-in-one HRM app to help reduce complicated paperwork and save costs for SMEs, as it is ready to use without the need to implement an expensive corporate HRM system. The app comprehensively supports business HRM functions. SCB's SME clients using the SCB payroll service can use the PayDay app's premium package for 12 months at no charge. To be eligible for the offer, apply for SCB payroll service from now until June 30, 2018.

Work One Tech Co., Ltd. co-founder Nat Malasit said that concerned HRM parties, from staff in general, HR staff, and executives are now troubled by complex data management. HRM systems currently available in the marketplace are quite expensive, but do not respond to the needs of Thai companies much, including different salary calculation formulas and ever-changing tax filing forms and other government documents. The PayDay app has been specifically developed for Thai companies, and fully understands and addresses their needs. The HRM app helps manage HRM data from clock-in/out records based on GPS locations on smart phones, managing requests for days off, expense claims, on-site working, and accurate and precise payroll calculation. It also helps reduce investment costs in HRM system implementation. Thanks to cloud computing, there are no server management and maintenance costs, unlike physical systems. Users can access the PayDay app and use the services anywhere and anytime provided Internet access is available, just like the app's slogan: "Chill with just one app".

SCB SME clients can register for the PayDay app at or download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or contact an SME Business Relationship Officer at any SCB branch nationwide.
