NEW YORK--21 Feb--S&P Global Ratings

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 20, 2018--S&P Global Ratings has corrected a publication error by lowering its short-term rating on Coshocton, Ohio's water and sewer system acquisition bond anticipation notes (BANs; limited-tax general obligation), maturing Feb. 22, 2018, to 'SP-1' from 'SP-1+'. On Feb. 2, 2018, we took a rating action on Coshocton's series 2018 general obligation BANs (see summary analysis) and at that time inadvertently changed the rating on Coshocton's BANs maturing on Feb. 22, 2018, to 'SP-1+'.
