Allianz General Insurance launches a new fast claim service, Allianz Claim Alert, to meet peoples digital lifestyle.

To meet customers' demand for online services, "Allianz General Insurance" launches a new fast claim service, "Allianz Claim Alert", in keeping with the new generation's lifestyle which needs fast and convenient service for the Thailand 4.0 era.

Car owners these days don't only need an excellent car or smooth roads, they also need fast and convenient insurance service particularly when claiming damages when an accident happens, including self-reporting damages prior to a garage referral.

Recently, Allianz General Insurance Public Company Limited launched an innovative service, aiming to serve the digital generation directly. "Allianz Claim Alert" is a self-claiming support system used in cases where no other party is involved, allowing the claimant to skip processes involving the Company's Call Center or an on-site surveyor. It helps customers to manage their time better by filing claims through the "Allianz Claim Alert" website https://api.allianz.com/mc_fnol_th/owe/?lang=en, either by entering the website address directly on their Smartphone or by scanning a QR code.

Sirinthip Chotithamaporn, CEO, Allianz General Insurance observed, "Today's consumers are more likely to use the Internet for online transactions. Allianz realizes the importance of consumers' changing behavior, so is creating specific services, which we initially expect to be used by around 5-10% of our total customer base, to meet these demands."

The process to inform customers through the corporate website is as follows:
1. Ask the customers to enter Web Application: https://api.allianz.com/mc_fnol_th/owe/?lang=en, or scan QR Code to access the website.
2. Tell them to choose "Type of Accident"
3. If they choose Dry Claim, they need to specify the type of accident, including damages.

4. They need to fill-in the date, time and location of the accident, name and details of the assured. Owners of black plates need to fill-in the Plate number, while owners of red plates need to fill-in the Policy number.

5. Lastly, they need to provide the driver's details and then click to confirm claiming details. When "Complete" the customer's information will be sent out to garages approved by the Company.
