Mr. Suwapan Tanyuwattana (right), Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, presented the award. Bualuang Phone 1333 was honored for its effective problem-solving strategy, efficient customer service, and continuous service evaluation and development, in line with MASCI's guidelines.
