Photo Release: Bangkok Bank receives “The Consumer Protection Thailand Call Center Award 2017” from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB)

Bangkok Bank Senior Vice President Nitaya Phithaksphongs (left), the manager of Bualuang Phone 1333, represented Bangkok Bank to receive "The Consumer Protection Thailand Call Center Award 2017" from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) and the Management System Certification Institution (Thailand) or "MASCI". Mr. Suwapan Tanyuwattana (right), Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, presented the award. Bualuang Phone 1333 was honored for its effective problem-solving strategy, efficient customer service, and continuous service evaluation and development, in line with MASCI's guidelines. Bangkok Bank has continuously placed great emphasis on helping customers solve their problems with the support of appropriate technology, serving the needs of today's consumers for fast and convenient services, and embracing social responsibility for society at large.
