Photo Release: WHAs Shareholders Approve Debenture Issuance-Dividend Payment

Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul (middle), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Group Chief Executive Officer, WHA Corporation Pcl., together with other of WHA's Board of Directors, had recently joined the shareholders' 2018 Annual General Meeting, at Amari Watergate Hotel, Bangkok. The meeting also approved the issuance of the 15-year long-term debenture worth not exceeding Baht 7,000 million and the short-term debenture and/ or bill of exchange not exceeding Baht 4,000 million for the repayment of the existing debt. It helps to reduce the company's financial cost and would be implemented as working capital for company's projects as well as business expansion. The approval also included the dividend payment of Baht 0.0907 per share.
