NEW YORK--17 May--S&P Global Ratings

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) May 16, 2018--S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating on First Security Leasing Inc.'s series 2009 custodial receipts, related to Wyandotte County Unified School District No. 203 (Piper), Kan.'s series 2009 capital equipment lease payments, to 'AA-' from 'A+'. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds. S&P Global Ratings raised the rating on the underlying bonds on April 30, 2018.

(Please see the article, titled "Wyandotte County Unified School District No. 203 (Piper), KS 2008 And 2009 Lease-Purchase Agreements Upgraded To 'AA-'," published April 30, 2018, on RatingsDirect.)
