The company has used its Channel 8 TV platform as a Department Stores by managing time between selling airtime to clients and selling own products on television which has achieved in effective and fruitful results.

Recently, it plans to aggressively penetrate the industry by launching LINE@ COOL Anything, a new community that would turn radio listeners to buyers by offering own-brand & partners' quality products from Health & Beauty to Home & Lifestyle items to listeners of COOLfahrenheit, Thailand's number 1 radio stations for 18 consecutive years that has more than 5.3 million listeners in Bangkok and main cities who have high purchasing power. The listeners are divided to 4 million via online and the remaining 1.3 million via on-air.

Based on the Economic and Business Forecasting, University of Thai Chamber of Commerce, health & beauty products are the rising- star items in the past 6 years with overall market value of 250,000 million baht. While the Euromonitor International, a global research company revealed that supplementary market is worth over 518,000 million baht as the medical industry has proven that medicine and treatment are only to solve the problem at the end-result which is the incorrect method to solve the health problem. While supplementary has been a strong trend in Europe and the US as well as Asia including Japan and Thailand as it protects and nourish the health from the upstream and combining with technology innovations, now there are various food extract so selecting the right and appropriate supplementary has been in the market for many decades. However, the trend has only started in Thailand five years ago from the booming of social network which drives the popularity of such products and is expected to continue its growth which is a positive indication for RS that entered this industry for the fourth year.

To accommodate the global trend, the company plans to offer another 15 categories of high-standard quality products and innovations which include 7 categories of owned-brand; consisting of 4 categories of skincare & health organic products; 1 category of haircare product; 2 categories of supplementary along with 8 categories from its partners.
