National Australia Bank#s Medium-Term Senior Unsecured Notes Assigned #AA-# Rating

SYDNEY (S&P Global Ratings) July 4, 2018--S&P Global Ratings today said it has assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the A$40 million 6% medium-term senior unsecured notes due Aug. 8, 2022, issued by National Australia Bank Ltd. (NAB; AA-/Negative/A-1+). Effective July 2, 2018, NAB substituted National Wealth Management Holdings Ltd. (NWMH; A/Negative/A-1) as the issuer of these notes. Consequently, we have also withdrawn our 'A' rating on the previously existing A$40 million 6% medium-term notes with NWMH as the issuer. NWMH is an intermediate holding company within the NAB group.
