EXIM Thailand Appoints Heads of Accounting Department and Corporate Investment Department

EXIM Thailand announced the appointment of Miss Sodsai Pongpattanasin as First Vice President of Accounting Department and Mr. Vasu Klomkliang as First Vice President of Corporate Investment Department.

Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Miss Sodsai Pongpattanasin as First Vice President of Accounting Department, effective July 1, 2018, overseeing the Bank's accounting management system in compliance with the Bank of Thailand's policies, standards and regulations, revenues and expenses, money transfer, accounting advisory services, relevant data processing, and financial statements and reports. Mr. Vasu Klomkliang as First Vice President, Corporate Investment Department, effective July 2, 2018, supervising the promotion of export and investment by large-scale entrepreneurs in their targeted countries and industries by providing fully-integrated financial facilities including loans, export credit and investment insurance facilities, investment counselling and networking services.

Miss Sodsai holds a Master of Monetary Economics and International Economics in School of Development Economics, from National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and Bachelor of Accounting in Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy from Thammasat University. Joining EXIM Thailand in 1997, she was appointed Assistant Vice President and Vice President of Accounting Department in 2011 and 2013, respectively.

Mr. Vasu holds a Master of International Management in Global Finance from Thunderbird, The School of Global Management Arizona, U.S.A. and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Thammasat University. He formerly worked with PTT Public Company Limited Group specialized in the field of merger and acquisition and international financial transaction. Prior to joining EXIM Thailand, Mr. Vasu was First Vice President and Team Leader of Corporate Banking Team 10, Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited.
