Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has entered into a collaborative agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to increase operational efficiency through digital technology and innovation. The agreement will see SCB bringing advanced cash management technology to upgrade EGAT's payment operations, letter of guarantee issuance, and supply chain payment management using digital and blockchain technology. The two organizations recently joined together to celebrate this successful cooperation, represented by Mr. Pattarakit Techasikarn, Assistant Governor, Finance from EGAT; Mr. Wasin Saiyawan, Senior Executive Vice President & Head of Corporate Banking from SCB; and Mrs. Pimolpa Santichok, Senior Vice President & Head of Commercial Banking Solutions from SCB. The event was held at the Okura Prestige Bangkok.
