Recently, at SIBOS 2018 Conference, Sydney, Australia, Mr. Silawat Santivisat, second from left, from KBank Executive Vice President, Ms. Sharon Toh ,second from right, Head of ASEAN of SWIFT and Mr.Graham Standfield, far left, Senior Manager of Product Development of National Australia Bank (NAB) participated in a ceremony to congratulate KBank and NAB for joining SWIFT gpi, the cross-border payment platform for financial institutions with a global network, in the trial of Faster gpi payment (gFAST). KBank took part in a real-time cross-border payment test to credit the beneficiary accounts within seconds. The new platform is expected to be fully operational by 2019.
