SHREIT set to offer distribution of 0.19 baht realized from outstanding performance, getting ready to provide information for investors at Opp. Day on May 29th

It looks like Strategic Hospitality Extendable Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("SHREIT") is clearly returning to full strength as the investors in the trust can prepare themselves to receive a distribution of 0.19 baht per share which constitutes a very high return based on the investment unit's current market price. The shares are expected to be marked XD on May 17th, and the distribution is to be paid out on June 12th.

The returns made new record due to excellent performance in Q1/2019 totaling 122.8 million baht realized from the trust's assets, including three hotels in Indonesia and Vietnam, making excellent achievement.
