Photo Release: Thai and Korean banking associations promote their cooperation in international payment systems

Recently, at The Bangkok Club, Sathorn City Tower, Mr. Predee Daochai, right, Chairman of the Thai Bankers' Association (TBA), and Mr. Tae-Young Kim, left, Chairman and CEO of Korea Federation of Banks (KFB), signed a memorandum of cooperation for an exchange of information, sharing of knowledge and best practices as well as enhancement of relationship between the banking industries of the two countries. The collaboration will promote the connectivity of payment systems in line with the rapidly evolving digital economy which poses both challenges and opportunities for banking businesses of the two countries. The cooperation is vital to the joint effort to embrace the digital economy and digital banking system.
