KTC held its annual general shareholders’ meeting for 2020 in anticipation of the new normal lifestyle.

Mr. Parinya Patanaphakdee (center to the left), Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Rathian Srimongkol (center to the right), President & Chief Executive Officer, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, along with the Firm’s Board of Directors, hosted the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting 2020 (No. 18) to report on annual performance and present agendas for consideration. The meeting resolved a resolution to approve the re-appointment of committee members retired by rotation, including Mr. Praphaisith Tankeyura, Mrs. Nampung Wongsmith, and Major General Apichat Chaiyadar. On this note within the event, KTC jointly with Board of Directors collectively reduced a total of 52,335.42 kgCO2 in carbon footprint, equivalent to planting 5,815 large trees, through reduced usage of paper and plastic as part of the “Care the Bear” project with The Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The event was held recently at Grand Hall Room, The Athenee Hotel Bangkok, after the situation of the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Thailand has alleviated. Participants strictly adhered to social distancing measures according to the new normal lifestyle, along with announcements that were made in regards to behavioral guidelines for partakers of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting 2020 in case of the spread of the Corona Virus 2019 disease and privacy notes prior to event date.
