Mrs. Warangkana Wongkhaluang (right), Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), represented EXIM Thailand to be presented with TQM - Best Practices 2020 Award in the Personnel Caring Category from Mr. Pattanachai Kunsirisawat (left), Advisory Director of Foundation for TQM Promotion in Thailand (FTQM), in THAILAND QUALITY CONFERENCE & The 21st Symposium on TQM - Best Practices in Thailand organized by FTQM at Thailand Science Park Convention Center, National Science and Technology Development Agency, in Pathum Thani on September 2, 2020. EXIM Thailand’s achievement is titled “EXIM Thailand’s Employee Experience Journey: 3E Journey.” The TQM conference is aimed to be a forum for sharing and exchange of viewpoints and experiences among enterprises or organizations in Thailand who have successfully applied Total Quality Management (TQM) practices, which will further enable broader ranging awareness and learning of TQM practice among other organizations.
