The annual check-up program covers 10 aspects, namely a general physical examination, general blood tests, blood group type, diabetes, kidney function, cholesterol, triglyceride, gout, urine analysis and liver function at 43 participating hospitals. The annual check-up will be offered at a price of Baht 999. Baht 750 will cover the cost of the health check-up while Baht 249 will be contributed as a donation. Interested persons can pay for the annual check-up package at Bangkok Bank branches in Bangkok and is surrounding metropolitan areas, plus Samut Sakhon, Chachoengsao, Phuket and Chaiyaphum from 1 October 2015 – 31 January 2016.
