Photo Release: TICON Buys 226 rai in AMATA Industrial Estates A part of its aggressive business expansion planned for 2013-2014

TICON or TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited, Thailand’s leading developer of high quality Ready-Built factories for rent, recently signed a contract with Amata Corporation PCL to purchase land of a total 226 rai in AMATA’s two industrial estates : Amata City and Amata Nakorn. The company will develop 121,350 sq m of Ready-Built factories for rent on the purchased land targeted to be completed in Q4 of 2014. The buildings will be available starting from Q1 of 2014. At present TICON has a total of 1,316,464 sq m space for rent under management in strategic locations nationwide and with the completion of these two new projects the total space for rent will increase to 1,437,814 sq m.
