To mark the occasion, Chef Jeremy Tourret has created an outstanding Bastille Day Dinner menu of French delicacies to enjoy in the stylish surroundings of L’Appart or on the venue’s 32nd floor terrace with panoramic city views. Chef Jeremy is a natural talent who has worked in prestigious 2 and 3 Michelin-star restaurants and collaborated with renowned French chefs, Eric Fréchon, Daniel Boulud and Olivier Samson.
At L’Appart, Chef Jeremy’s beautifully executed Bastille Day Dinner menu will include a luxurious starter of French marbled foie gras terrine with ginger bread, crunchy nashi pear, and grape poêle. Following the decadent starter, diners will enjoy a succulent beef tenderloin, and served with truffle, aligot potatoes and a flavourful mushroom fricassée. The evening of refined French dining will end with a delightful dessert of crêpe meunière, orange confit and coffee ice cream.
