Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Ganguillet is about to introduce “The Creation of a Moment”, a special sweet treat highlighting the best selling cake of the month.

During August, Chef Laurent proudly presents Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, a moist cake packed with carrot and spices frosted with delectable cream cheese exquisitely topped with miniature carrots. A perfect treat to celebrate with Mum on Mother’s day.
