Photo Release: MOU signing between the Ministry of Commerce and TISI for uplifting logistics industries to the international standard

United Thai Warehouse Company Limited (UTWC), one of the leading warehousing and distribution center in Thailand, has achieved a five-star warehouse award from the ministry of commerce last year. Recently, the company has been invited from the ministry to have a witness the MOU signing between the Ministry of Commerce and Thai Industrial Institute (TISI), Ministry of Industry. The MOU is aimed to boost Thailand warehouse and logistics industries up to the international standard.

Mr. Somphong Chalermchainuwong, senior general manager of United Thai Warehouse Company Limited, said that this MOU could uplift logistics and warehousing, Silo and Reefer Services, to the international standard for competitiveness advantage and business opportunity in AEC.

UTWC earned a five-star award of excellent warehousing service, last year. This award was launched in 2012 with an aim to recognize the warehouse that has reached the criteria, covering excellent warehouse management process, operations and services.
