Authentic tastes of France on new menu at Fifty Five Restaurant, Centara Grand at CentralWorld

Chef de cuisine at Fifty Five, Hugo Coudurier, is presenting a new menu with a genuine French touch to enjoy against 360-degree city skyline views on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.

Select from the appetisers listing that includes a hearty Salade Lyonnaise with poached egg, smoked bacon and warm Dijon mustard vinaigrette; a dish of Asperge, which is warm asparagus with Scottish smoked salmon and crème fraiche vinaigrette; or Os a moelle, a roasted bone marrow with freshly grilled bread and caper salad.

Amongst the main courses is Cuisses de grenouilles à la Provençale, butter-roasted French frog legs with garlic and tomato; and Dorade en croûte de sel, salt-crusted Mediterranean sea bream with garlic and thyme roasted vegetables.

Steak lovers will enjoy the fine cuts French style, like Bavette aux echalottes, a quickly seared skirt steak with caramelised shallots and red wine sauce; or Faux filet aux girolles et à la crème, a striploin steak covered with seasonal mushrooms, and cream of mustard sauce.

Finish your meal with a traditional French mille dessert, three layers of puff pastry and two layers of vanilla cream on top, coated with a sprinkling of powdered sugar for the rich taste of a genuine French classic.

Fifty Five Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld serves fine steak and selected premium imported beef, all cooked on a wood-fired grill to retain their distinctive and natural flavours.
