DHL Express, the world’s leading express services provider, recently opened its 55th SERVICEPOINT in Thailand, strategically located at BTS Nana. As with DHL’s other customer-focused facilities in Thailand, this new service point is open seven days a week. Its launch reflects the company’s steady resolve to increase its presence in Bangkok’s tourist and retail trade sectors, both areas of high customer demand. This initiative follows the opening in Bangkok earlier this year of three additional facilities at National Stadium BTS Station, Siam Paragon and Don Muang.

“DHL’s expansion underscores the company’s commitment to Thailand and to consistently enhance our service levels by providing another facility to cater to customers’ needs in high traffic areas. We will continue to invest in Thailand in many key areas including our network, infrastructure and technology. We are totally committed to provide unmatched accessibility and therefore greater convenience for our customers,” said Yasmin Aladad Khan, Senior Vice President, DHL Express South East Asia and South Asia.

Chananyarak Petcharat, Managing Director, DHL Express Thailand and Indochina, said "The BTS Nana area has grown significantly in recent years as a favorite, multi-cultural tourist destination and diverse retail business hub. Increasing our service point network here is part of our commitment to drive service improvement for customers in this high-traffic area. We constantly look for ways to grow service point footprint both in Bangkok and upcountry in the future.“

Customers can experience the easy-to-use range of DHL’s express services available at the latest DHL SERVICEPOINT BTS Nana everyday from 10.30 hrs to 19.30 hrs. More information is available at the DHL 24-hour Customer Service Hotline, Tel. 02-345-5000.
