The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Thailand recently organized a seminar titled “Thailand-Japan Cooperation, Past and Future” to mark the sixty years of Japan’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) and to discuss the future direction and strategy of Thailand-Japan Cooperation. H.E. Dr. Surin Pitsuwan, Former Secretary-General of ASEAN, delivered the keynote address on “Thailand-Japan Partnership towards AEC and beyond”.
