Welcome in the winter season with a taste of fresh culinary Flare, Chef Chou invites you to enjoy our fresh live grouper fish, prepared in your choice from 6 different traditional cooking methods: spicy lemon grass soup, steamed with lemon chilli or deep fried and topped with Thai herbs, baked or grilled fillet of grouper marinated with herbs in a bamboo case.

Priced at THB 1,200 nett per portion of 1 kilogram, guests may take their pick of up to two preferred cooking methods. Price is inclusive of prevailing government taxes and service charge.

Available daily from 6 -11:30 p.m. at Flare restaurant which offers quality fresh seafood matched with an extensive selection of fine wines.
