Valentine Dinner Buffet at Edge
Guests can enjoy dishes from around the world. Selections available include chilled seafood on ice as well as live cooking stations of Western and Asian dishes. Additionally, there will be stations offering grilled and carved meats, a Japanese station, a cheese corner, salad bars, as well as lighter menu selections and an array of cakes and pastries. Priced at THB 1,100 per person, a wine buffet is also offered at an additional cost of THB 1,250 per person from 6-11 p.m.
Valentine’s Love Song Set Menu at Flare
Guests may savor an outstanding four-course Thai set dinner accompanied by Valentine’s Day romantic tunes. The dinner features Grilled Fines de Claire oysters and Hokkaido sea scallop with spicy seafood salsa, spicy lemon grass soup with tiger prawns, stir-fried lobster with cashew nut and sweet desserts for THB 2,150 per couple including a glass of sparkling wine and complimentary access to the pool.

Celebrate love at Hilton Pattaya’s perfect rooftop restaurant and bar which offers a Journey of love, premium four–course set menu. Guests may choose to start travelling from continent to continent through palate sensations with highlights such as Jamon Iberico or shellfish trio, fresh English pea soup, roasted moulard duck breast and dessert for THB 4,750 per couple, available from 7 p.m. until late.
